About Tracy

Tracy is a graduate of Maryville University with a bachelors degree in physical therapy.  She has over 19 years physical therapy experince and another 10 years in the healthcare fields prior to that.  

Luke Phillips

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA


About Luke

Luke is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a bachelors degree in exercise science and is a licensed physical therapist assistant.  Luke works closely with orthopedic surgeons in the area and is cerftified in specific areas such as kinesiotaping.

Meredyth McKelvey

Physical Therapist Assitant, PTA


About Meredyth

Meredyth is a graduate of Union University in Tennessee with a bachelors degree in business and m arketing and is a licensed physical therapist assistant.  In addition to patient care, Meredyth also focuses on collaborating with physicians and health care providers in the area to improve patient care.

Lauren LeGrand

Physical Therapist Assitant, PTA


About Lauren

Lauren graduated from Mineral Area College with an Associate of Applied Science PTA.  She has furthered her education, and is currently working toward a degree in Healthcare Management.


Lauren worked in an acute care setting for four years.  She has cared for patients with a wide variety of diagnosis, but took a special interest in orthopedic patients.  Lauren also has two years of experience in pediatric therapy.

Melissa Phillips

Speech Language Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP


About Melissa

Melissa is a graduate of Arkansas State University bachelors in communication disorders and is a graduate of University of Central Arkansas with a masters in speech language pathology.  Melissa works in both the skilled nursing setting as well as outpatient rehabilitation.  She is certified in VitalStim, a specialized treatment system for patients suffering from difficulty swallowing.
